Project Overview

This project started with the idea of imagining new services that align with changing consumer paradigms in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These evolving paradigms include experience-based consumption, the subscription economy, and advancements like autonomous driving and EV. Based on these trends, we proposed a Tesla car subscription service.
The service provides essential tutorials for first-time Tesla users, important safety information for driving in general, and personalisation features using the Tesla app and touchscreen. Through this features, users can easily explore different Tesla models while feeling safe and comfortable. Meanwhile, Tesla can collect valuable user data and experiences to enhance future vehicle development.

Reflections

Through this project, I had the opportunity to research and learn more about autonomous driving, explore the seamless integration between EVs and the app, and discover its potential. Although this is a rough, conceptual design project, it was a great chance to work with the app and touchscreen interfaces related to EVs and autonomous driving.
